Nimekuambia hiyo mimea sio lazima iwe ya mazao tofauti. Ingeweza yote kuwa ya mpunga (different breeds) na ukweli ungebaki pale pale kwamba different breeds za mpunga zina different needs to grow. Unatafisri vitu literally kama mtoto wa chekechea.

Ukitaka ujuzi baada ya Kumaliza ngazi fulani ya elimu ya kawaida utajiunga na chuo kinachofundisha ujuzi huo. Nadharia ndio inayomjengea mtoto uwezo wa baadae kusomea fani.

Unataka serikali imfundishe mwanao kusonga ugali au kulima wakati wewe mzazi nyumbani hata chai mwanao humfundishi kupika.. kuna watoto tena wasichana wako vyuo lakini hata uji hajui unapikwaje halafu watu wanalaumu serikali. Anza kwanza kumfundisha kazi za nyumbani mwanao ili ukimaliza ajue walau kazi za .msingi.

Mbona wazungu wanasoma mfumo huo huo na bado wakimaliza wanaweza kufanya kazi tena hadi vitu wanagundua. Watu weusi tunawaza kuiba wakati wote.
Kuiba kunaingiaje kwenye hii hoja. Kuna mambo unajifunza shule na mengine unajifunza nje ya mfumo rasmi wa shule mf kupika ugali.
Hapa tunazungumzia formal curriculum. Ndio kitu ambacho mbunge Msukuma alikihoji Bungeni, vijana wanamaliza elimu ya msingi na sekondari hawana ujuzi wowote. Upo Mtwara unasoma kilimo kuhusu Canada, USA na Brazil

Naona mnazungumzia kuhuzu specialization, ni vizuri sana, tena sana. Specialist knows alot about a little, but generalist knows a little about a lot. But not only a specialist makes a good teacher, because specialist are more likely to apply spoon feeding method during teaching-learning process.

Generalists can just facilitate the study since they tend to encourage students to seek for the knowledge they don't know. Governments in many Africa countries make generalist-like type of teachers for solving teachers scarcity problem, a teacher who holds more than one subjects can play the role of an absentee though incompetent.

I teach more than one subjects, i know how it sounds to put on both shoes.......i prefer one to other, i teach one professionally than the other, i can't stay competent in both. How can i produce the competent product? Impossible, even though am working under the CBC system. [emoji4]

Sasa hapo hata masomo yanatakiwa yapunguzwe kwani masomo tisa hayana uhusiano na kile mwanafunzi atakuja kuwa. Mfano mhasibu asome masomo ya biashara na hisabati, mwanasheria asome masomo ya lugha, uraia na historia, daktari asome masomo ya Fizikia, chemia na elimu viumbe, injinia asome masomo ya Fizikia, chemia na hisabati n.k. vinginevyo tunapotezana tu
