Ikiwa uyasemayo ni kweli,kwanini sasa watake kuimiliki bandari kwa muda huo tajwa?wanapata nini hapo bandarini in return?
Kuna Mdau mmoja hapa nimemuuliza hayo mapato yote ni mapato yapi lakini hajanijibu labda nisaidie wewe kunipa darasa!!

Guys, pesa nyingi bandarini inachukuliwa na TRA na sio TPA!! Na mapato ya TRA yanaongezeka kadri mzigo unaopitia bandarini unavyoongezeka; keeping other factors constant! Pesa inayoingia bandari ni ndogo sana ukilinganisha na inayoenda TRA! Na kv bandari ya Dar hawana eneo kubwa kimapato ndo wanaathirika zaidi na ndio maana sehemu kubwa ya mzigo unahifadhiwa na Privately owned ICDs!
Kule Bagamoyo, hata kama bandari itakuwa funded na Wachina kwa 100%; mapato/kodi za TRA through imports and export Mchina hazigusi kwahiyo ndo maana umenishangaza unaposema vikodi unless kama unamaanisha kodi zitazolipwa na Wachina wenyewe! Ikiwa bandari itakuwa na uwezo wa kupitisha mzigo mara 3 ya sasa, maana ake ni kwamba hata mapato ya TRA yatapanda kwa similar proportionality!
Halafu nitarudia tena kwako!! Bandari 3 au 4 sio nyingi kama mnavyodhani.... kwa sasa zinaweza kuonekana nyingi kv we don't produce so we don't export! Likewise, our purchasing power ni ndogo so we don't import much! Kwahiyo mnaweza kudhani bandari ni nyingi kumbe msingi wake ni bandari kutumiwa na nchi maskini! Leo hii uki-import smart tv milioni moja zitakudodea but assume nchi zinazutumia bandari ya Dar zinakuwa kiuchumi angalau mara tu na hivyo kuongea exports na purchasing power ya imported goods.... hivi bado hapo unaamini Dar port itakuwa abandoned kwa kukosa mzigo?!
