Russian forces destroy two Ukrainian armored vehicles in Kharkov Region by FPV drones
MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. Russia’s Battlegroup North destroyed two Ukrainian armored vehicles by FPV drones in the Kharkov Region, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Wednesday.
"The personnel of a reconnaissance unit of the Battlegroup North uncovered by UAVs the movement of two Ukrainian armored combat vehicles whose crews tried to hide them in a forest belt in the Kharkov Region," the ministry said in a statement.
After an analysis of reconnaissance data received, the Russian military command made a decision to strike both armored vehicles of the Ukrainian army, it said.
Both Ukrainian military targets were promptly destroyed by FPV drones, it said.

Russian troops gain better positions along front line in Kamenskoye — politician

Russian troops have been holding the liberated territories of Kamenskoye, and have gained more advantageous positions along the front line, Chairman of the Civic Chamber Commission on sovereignty, patriotic projects and support for the veterans Vladimir Rogov told TASS.
"Our [troops] have gained a foothold in all liberated territories in Kamenskoye, the Russian army has the initiative. The offensive actions are ongoing, more advantageous positions along the main line of defense have been gained. Overall, Ukraine has lost over 21,350 soldiers in the Kursk Region since clashes erupted there, the ministry reported earlier.

The Russian Armed Forces continue to repel attempts by Ukrainian forces to invade Russian territory, the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) stated on Saturday.
Over the previous day, forces of the Russian Sever Battlegroup, along with reserves, thwarted attempts by enemy mobile groups to penetrate deeper into Russian territory in the areas of Ivashkovsky, Malaya Loknya, and Olgovka through active operations, army aviation strikes and artillery fire.
Ukrainian manpower and equipment were also targeted in the areas of Nikolayevo-Daryino, Guyevo, Lyubimovka, Zelenyi Shlyakh, and Sverdlovka.
The MoD reported that air and missile forces hit Ukrainian reserves in the Sumy region.
