Sijamaliza kusoma story, lakini ngoja nami nikudokeze nilichokina:

Tarehe 27 Oct, nilisafiri na ATCL kutoma mwanza to dsm, wakati wa booking online taarifa ilikuwa inaonesha kiwa bado nafasi mbili, nilitegemea nikute ndege imejaa au iwe na only one seat empty, ukweli haikuwa hivyo, niliona more than six empty seats. Nili book kutoka dsm tarehe 29 oct flight ya asubuhi. Baadae nikapata issue ya kufanya siku hiyo , so , nika enda dsm eaport ku change ili niondoke jioni, nikaambiwa niongeze 90,000, nika ghairi nikaona niondoke tarehe 30 asubuhi, nikaambiwa niongeze 70,000- i thought wanani oveecharge because kuna demand kubwa, ajabu kesho nilipoboard, ndege ilikuwa half full

Najiuliza, kwanini bei inakuwa juu wakati wako halffull⁉️
 
Naomba nikiri, mimi sio mtaalamu wa mauzo ya ticket za ndege, ila nime-train na ku-practices mauzo ya bidhaa na huduma kupitia kampuni kadhaa.

Kuna wakati bei ya huduma inakuwa msingi wa mauzo ili kupata faida ya moja kwa moja; hapo bei inaweza isishuke hata sh. 100

Kuna nyakati unashusha bei ili kuondoa bidhaa au huduma itoke ili kuvutia ujio wa kitu kipya.

Kuna wakati unalegeza bei ili kupenya sokoni, wateja wajue utamu na ubora wa huduma au bidhaa unayouza ili kutengeneza brand loyalty.

Msingi wa hoja zangu, marketing should be very very dynamic and not static.

Kama kuna wateja wanaenda point B na booking ya seats haijajaa, kwanini bei isilengezwe ili kuwavutia wateja kununua huduma?

Kuna bahati "sijui niipe jina gani" ambayo ATC, TRA, TBS, BRELA, NEMC, TIC, BOT, Treasury na....

Hawa wote wanapata mshahara tarehe 23 au 24 au 25 vyovyote vile bila kujali mauzo ya bidhaa au huduma;
Kubwa katika yote bila kuja customers satisfaction ili mteja "nawakubali" kwa ubora ikiwamo kuwa na promotions hasa kwa mashirika ya kibiashara.

Naomba isionekane mambo haya yameanza awamu ya 5; nataka ifahamike mambo haya yameanza zamani na kuna watu hasa ofisi za serikali "kujiona" as wao wako so privileged.

Kujisahau huku kunapelekea innovation kuwa very low na ukipima output ya productivity, creation of new products and services haiendani na kasi ya dunia.

Japo hoja hii inge fit best kwenye Jukwaa la Habari Mchanganyanyiko, lakini kwa vile hii ni issue ya political economy ya uchumi wa nchi, nimeshuka nayo kwenye Jukwa la Siasa.

Naomba nianze na declaration ya uzalendo, mimi ni mdau mkubwa wa Shirika letu la Ndege, ATCL, hivyo ukiozungumzia tatizo lolote la ATCL, unaweza kuonekana sio Mzalendo.

Siku ya Ijumaa niliongea na mdau wangu muhimu aitwae Abdul Malik Mollel mwenye Global Education Link GEL, wakala Mkuu wa vyuo vya nje Tanzania. Alikuwa na shughuli yake ya kifamilia itakayo fanyika Jumamosi, Mt. Meru Hotel.

Nikaamua kumjoin, kitu cha kwanza ni usafiri hivyo nikatembelea bookings za ATCL na Precision Air ku book a return ticket.

Nikakuta Precision Air wana offer fulani, nika book my return ticket with Precision Air, flight ya saa 9:00, kufika saa 10:00, shughuli ni saa 12:00 jioni. Reporting time ni saa 7.

Kwa vile ni Jumamosi, sio siku ya kazi, nikajua hakuna foleni, hivyo nikaamsha saa 6:00. Huwezi amini nikakutana na foleni ya ajabu njiani. Reporting time ikanikutia njiani.

Kufika Airport ni saa 8:30, check in window inafungwa 40 min before take off!, bembeleza, bembeleza na wewe!, no way!.

Wakaniambia their next flight ni saa 19:30hrs usiku kufika saa 21:hrs, nitakuta shughuli imekwisha. Hivyo nikaamua kucheki ATCL, nikakuta, wana flight saa 18:00,hrs kufika 19:00hrs. Hivyo nikaamua ku board ATCL kwenda lakini nitarudi na ile booking yangu ya Precision Air.

Kweli saa 18:00hrs tukaruka na ATCL, ndege ya Bombardier Q400, ndege ilikuwa half full or half empty!. Bei zao ni nzuri, na sasa wanatoa bites na drinks. Kitendo cha our national flag carrier, kidenge chenyewe ni Bombardier to fly half empty, kwa route ya JRO kwa watu wenye pesa!, ile midege ya Airbus na Dreamliner itajaa kweli au zinaozea kwenye parking?. What is wrong hadi ndege zetu hazijai?!.

Ili mashirika yote mawili yajiendeshe kwa faida, kuwepo a standardized fares, kama ATC is half empty, abiria hao wakajaze Precision na abiria wa Precision Air wafaulishwe kwenye ATCL, hivyo kurusha ndege moja full na kugawana mapato kuliko ndege mbili half empty wote wawili mnakula hasara!.

Tatizo ni magu kuingiza chuki binafsi kwenye unafiri wa anga, kama alivyo apa kuangamiza upinzani pia ameapa kuiua Precision Air na biashara nyingine kubwa za watu flani asiowapenda.ATCL itakufa by 2025 huku PA ikibaki angani. Until then tuebdelee kutawaliwa ki-imla.
 
Mayala Pascal, Bila aibu naomba Precision ife! Nasema ife! Wakati ATCL haiko hewani, Precision walitumia vibaya sana monopoly ya kibiashara. Waliopandisha bei utadhani tunakwenda nje ya nchi. Walijiona wako safi sana wakati wana ndege kukuu sana. Kama ulikuwa mwangalifu kama mimi, ulikalia kiti chenye cushion cover ya plastic! Repaired several times! Kwangu mimi hata bila mashindano ya bei na bhla! bhla! za kunivutia kwa siku moja, Precision ni uamuzi wangu wa mwisho, ninapokosa ATCL. Siwezi kuacha ndege mpya nipande ndege iliyonunuliwa kwa mtu wa pili na wa tatu.

Route kubwa ya ndege kwa TZ ni Dar - MZ. Kilimanjaro -DAR ni ndogo na ndiko Precision walikoengemea. Ukitaka sababu ya Precision kuegemea huko tutajadili lakini Mwanza wanavizia masaa fulani tu! Let them die.

ATCL sipandi hata bure! Nili book flight 8pm ZNZ-DAR ilitakiwa ichukue dak20 mwisho wa siku nikaambiwa nitafika Dar siku ya pili 9am yaani masaa 13 baadae via KIA na ENT. Nikapanda boti siku ya oili 7am saa 8.30am niko Dar Posta.
