Kila ukitakacho na kustahiki kukipata kipo na wewe -- kinaishi na kudumu na wewe wakati wote.

Hata ikibidi kujua maana zaidi juu ya jambo, tunaweza kupata mwangaza zaidi -- hata zaidi ya kauli na hadithi, kupitia kwa yule kwenye kuuishi mwangaza zaidi, nuru zaidi na ile 'faida' yake ya kuishi kwake ya kuishi katika 'hali ya neema'; Shukrani, Ridhiko, Furaha na Sifa kwa kile chenye kutia nguvu na uweza hata zaidi.

Miditisha pasipo dalili ya hayo ni bure.

Miditisha ni namna ya kushi ili kuwa macho zaidi na yale yote yakuzungukayo na tena kukufanya wewe ujitambulishe nayo -- pasi kheri kamili. Nayo yawa ni namna ya kukuweka huru na hayo batili.

Kila jambo lafundisha, kila jambo laweza kuwa ufunguo kwa mengine zaidi yaliyofichama na hali yapo.

Miditisha ni namna ya kutumia chochote ama lolote lenye kufaa ili kufungua fahamu zaidi kwa yale yaliyobora na kheri zaidi kwa kudra, kheri, ustawi na kuishi/kudumu zaidi... Ikiwa kuishi kwetu twafungamana na yale yenye ukomo na kutokudumu zaidi; hayo yanafanyika kwa kutokana na huduma ya yale yaliyofichika/hifadhika -- yenye kuishi na kudumu zaidi. Labda kupitiliza hayo yote tufikiriayo na kudhani twayafahamu, KINACHODUMISHA sura na hali fulani ya chochote hata ingine ya mambo ni MOJA. Moja hii ni Mungu.

Miditisha ni safari ya kufikia muafaka kati ya MTU na UZIMA.

Yale yote ufikiriayo kuyahitaji na kudhani ni 'tamanio' ama 'kusudio' ama 'jaala' ya maisha yako vyaweza kuwa ni sehemu ya jambo jingine pana sana -- wewe kuwa katikati ya muafaka wa kheri na kusudio fulani bora zaidi kuliko vyovyote vile ambavyo ungaliweza kudhania ama kufikiri...

Unachoweza kufikiri juu ya miditisha chaweza kuwa kisiwe ndicho.

Vyovyote vile, mtu yeyote mwenye kiu hasa na ukweli juu ya shauri na hatma ya yote kuhusu maisha na kuishi -- utafika wakati yeye hataridhika na yote yasiyo kidhi haja ya kina cha hamu na kiu yake. Huyu atachunguza yote, na hakuna hata fumbo moja atalionea huruma katika mafunzo na mapokeo ya watu kumfanya yeye aafiki ama kuliacha hilo kutawala maisha yake pasipo maana pana zaidi isiyojua ukomo wa kheri ya mambo yote.

Miditisha ni mwanzo wa mtu kuwa Myunivasali--mtu wa tawala ya ulimwengu wote mzima.

Miditisha ni kwa watu wenye ujasiri; ujasiri si kukosa hofu -- ila kuikabili hofu hata kuishinda kusudio lake lenye kubana kheri isiyodhahiri.

Miditisha ni mwanzo wa safari isiyo na mwisho lakini, katika msafiri, ni hukumu kwa yale yote yasiyokheri zaidi katika mafundisho, mapokeo na dini za wanadamu... Kila mtu atakutana na kupambana na ibilisi wake yeye mwenyewe -- kila mtu atauchukua mzigo wake yeye mwenyewe katika kupitilizia kwenye mlango na nuru zaidi ya uzima.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT MEDITATION TECHNIQUE ?
( with a SUMMARY OF MEDITATION TECHNIQUES EXPLAINED BY OSHO , with links )?.
? Take one method and play with it for at least three days. If it gives you a certain feeling of affinity, if it gives you a certain feeling of well-being, if it gives you a certain feeling that this is for you, then be serious about it. Then forget the others, do not play with other methods. Stick to it ? at least for three months. Miracles are possible. The only thing is that the technique must be for you?
? While I am talking here, parallel to it go on playing with these methods. I say playing because you should not be too serious. Just play! Something may fit you. If it fits you, then be serious, and then go deep into it ? intensely, honestly, with all your energy, with all your mind. But before that just play.
I have found that while you are playing your mind is more open. While you are serious your mind is not so open; it is closed. So just play. Do not be too serious, just play. And these methods are simple, you can just play with them.

These one hundred and twelve methods can be a miraculous experience for you, or they may just be a listening ? it depends on you. I will go on describing each method from as many angles as possible. If you feel any affinity with it, play with it for three days. If you feel that it fits, that something clicks in you, continue it for three months. Life is a miracle. If you have not known its mystery, that only shows that you do not know the technique for how to approach it?
These one hundred and twelve methods are for the whole humanity ? for all the ages that have passed and for all the ages that have yet to come?
There are many methods which are for you. So we will start this journey from tomorrow? ?

Mtambuzi

Kwanza kabisa sikubaliani na wewe kuwa neno tahajudi limetokana na neno "meditation". Labda ungeandika kuwa neno tahajudi maana yake Kingereza ni "meditation" hapo ningejaribu kukuelewa ingawa neno "meditation" halimaanishi maana halisi ya neno tahajudi.

Neno tahajudi ni neno la lugha ya Kiarabu na hutamkwa "tahajud" na si tahajudi.

Neno tahajud linatokana na neno jihad au kujitahidi.

Hiyo ni kwa kifupi tu. Kwa kirefu zaidi nikipata wasaa na nikiwa kwenye kompyuta nnaweza kuliezea zaidi, lakini kwa sasa mniwie radhi kwani nnatumia simu kuandika.
