Tanzania envoy temporarily deactivates Twitter account after criticism from Kenyans

Actually, there is an argument on the characterization of what constitutes "least/most corrupt" countries.

Some of the countries listed on that index as "least corrupt" still receive and harbor the wealth stolen by and/from the "most corrupt countries". Why deem corruption at the start point and not an entire process including the final point- where the wealth or corrupt wealthy spend or store?

In short, there is a need to redefine the parameters of corruption.

This podcast has given light to part of this issue _"Corruption in Plain Sight": EPISODES — Power Corrupts Podcast
There is a difference between being exploitative and being corrupt. Corruption is within your country, exploitation might happen within or outside the country - if it's happening outside the country then it will make you poor. Countries like the UK might have stolen and still steal from Africa but within them, corruption is very low and that's what makes a country rich. There is no country that is uncorrupt and poor unless the country goes through a bad war or a natural disaster. Hii mambo ya kudhania Tanzania in not corrupt ni kutia kichwa mchangani. Heri sisi wakenya tunaelewa weakness yetu. Tanzanians live in ignorance.

The question was "why are we not developing?", and I proved you wrong by highlighting facts that we are better than yesterday.

It's not a crime to admit, your initial question was wrong.
Tuseme kizungu ndio imekupiga chenga. I won't blame you, it is a Tanzanian thing.

See - there is something called context in English. I first asked, 'why are you among the Least Developed Countries in the world?' then I followed with, 'why are you not developing?' This is simply asking 'what have you been doing all this time without corruption since you haven't developed as much as countries with no corruption should?'

Najua Kiingereza ni ngumu but despite that, your response was just stupid bragging over normal things like abattoirs and bus stands. Pathetic.

musipoweka habari wazi, tutawasaidia.
huyo Simbakibuenye hatokaa aisahau siku kama ya leo maishani mwake kwa kipigo alichopokea.
huo ni mwanzo tu. uzuri, media za Kenya zipo huru, na wananchi pia wanajua haki zao. we will make you toe the line.
Nyie kuku vipi shule zishafumguliwa??

"Corruption is very law"

"There is a difference between being exploitative and being corrupt." - If I ever knew that you are this empty upstairs, I couldn't have wasted my time.

Do you know anything about: moral and intellectual corruption?

You still have a lot to atone for.

English? You mean, this kind of English "corruption is very law"?

"Countries like the UK might have stolen and still steal from Africa" - a statement, with grammatical error, from a Kenyan Mumbi claiming to have the command of English language than others.

We are not talking of morality here, we are talking of corruption within a country and its effect on the economy of the country. I already told you, it does not matter what a country does outside its borders, if there is low corruption within its borders, the country will be rich. Is that too much English to understand?

See how infantile and low-brained you are you focus on an obvious typo (on a post that wasn't even a direct response to you) that I already corrected instead of reading and understanding the point?

You know nothing about corruption. Corruption has forms, among other forms are: moral corruption and intellectual corruption.

Please, engage me if you wanna learn, else find your mate to engage in these silly debates.

You are the one who talked of English and I was flabbergasted by that, since I could spot a number of grammatical errors in your post.

The only person being silly is you. I already mentioned corruption WITHIN the country and not outside. Stop sealioning. You are right, maybe you need your mate in this..............I'm clearly way above your paygrade.

'flabbergasted' - good job. Practice makes perfect, we remain hopeful. Just to bring you back to the discussion and put a stop to this stupid game you are trying to play, are you still convinced that Tanzania is not corrupt?

You know nothing of corruption.

How can you talk about the effects of within without getting to its root cause, the external influence?

There is no country that is immune to corruption, and there is no country that is 100% free from corruption.

The fact is, Tanzania experiences very low levels of corruption - and, Tanzanian underdevelopment isn't a result of corruption but but her historical support of liberation struggles.

I don't know whether it's comprehension classes you need or just a full brain overhaul.

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

So since the 70s you are still crying about this imaginary historical support of struggles? Dude, assuming you are right, you've had over 40 years since then and you are still poor. For heavens sake, your economy was larger than Kenya's as recent as 2002 and now we are almost doubling you. How many countries have you liberated since 2002?

The liberation has ended in the 1990s.

As I earlier said, you have zero idea of what is happening around you.

Most Kenyans have zero idea why Africa is corrupt, one major reason you don't understand what Magufuli does.
That you think Tanzania has low corruption is enough evidence that it's you that has zero idea of what is happening around you. That nobody in your country reports the amount of money you lose daily to corruption is enough proof that you are ignorant.
