ziki range from accounts(tax law),medicine (health law), international laws, labour laws.
Kwaiyo naona its only fair kusema they know most thing hata kama vyote viko in relation to laws

learned counsel ni terminology iliyototolewa toka kwa wazungu kuonyesha kuwa ili uwe advocate lazima upitie kwenye bar exams au postgraduate ya law practice huo mchujo ndio unaowatofautisha na fani zingine ,ila si kweli kuwa advocates wanajua kila kitu,

learned. The others are learned yes. But do you
know that lawyers are the only people who have to
go thro the inn of learniig everything that can be
learnt. They are the only people that you will
never hear that they dont know anything because
they have read them all. The law is quite unlike
other courses which do restrict themselves to only
their content but they read across the bord. For
example in the school of medicine it is you are
most unlikely to find insurance being taken into
the depth it deserves, in the school of mechanics
you are unlikely to find matters of medicine being
handled as a serious issue, in school of agriculture
you are most unlikely to find matters of
engineering being handled with the seriousness it
is worth.
And now back to the leaned friends, they learn all
the fields that exist the law of everything that
exists and remember they learn the background of
everything and that places them in a better place to
argue anything that comes their way with
precision. You will see them winning cases that
involve any matter that can possibly exist. Tell of of
a lawyer that does not know anything about
anything and i will tel you that is not a lawyer.
Lawyers know everything about anything now tell
