It almost hard to argue hii statement kali ya ukweli.Nyinyi kubalini tu kuwa hatuwezi kulitatua hili tatizo. Kama tunaweza tungekuwa tushalitatua. Sasa kama mpo ambao mnadhani mnaweza kulitatua hebu litatueni basi mniumbue mimi wenu mtukutu.....Narudia tena, hakuna mwenye ubavu wala werevu wa kulitatua hili tatizo.
Hakuna wakati hata mmoja kuanzia ukoloni mpaka sasa, Tanganyika na sasa Tanzania ilipojitosheleza kwa umeme.
Kwa sasa na jinsi matumizi yanavyokuwa kwa kasi, na wengi kuhamia mijini na kuona raha ya umeme. Matumizi ya hapo ulipo umeme yameoingezeka maradufu.
Si siri, hakuna awamu iliowekeza katika umeme kuanzia kabla ya Uhuru na mpaka hii leo, zaidi ya awamui hii ya Kikwete. Miradi zaidi ya 20 ya kuzalisha umeme, miradi zaidi ya 50 ya usambazaji wa umeme. Jitihada za makusudi kabisa za kubadili sheria za ufuaji na usambazaji wa umeme, kututoa kutoka mfumo wa kuitegemea Tanesco pekee, umeb uniwa na kutendeka awamu hii.

I hear you and I do agree with you.I guess we know who can do it, don't we?The question is, sisi wananchi tunaubavu na werevu wa kumfanya huyu mtu kufanya such an executive decision?Just think about it for a second. We are approaching 50 years of independence and reliable electricity is still a major problem. How could that be? The answer I get is we can't fix/ solve the damn problem. We can talk all we want...theorize day and night...moan and groan ad infinitum.....but at the end of the day it is our action(s) that will rid us of the crisis. Talk ain't gonna cut it. Now the million dollar question is who can do it? So far no one can.

Mkuu maybe you are the only one who don't know whats to be done.., am sure majority of the people even Ngeleja himself knows what to do, but doing it its a different scenario all together...,
Mkuu even if I it was true all Tanzanians did not know whats to be done, why shouldn't we copy and paste whatever other countries are doing and bring those projects here?
Mkuu the main problem is we have been using short term solutions for long term problems..., even now there are a millions of projects (trying do do everything and we end up doing nothing) I think first step is to take one project at a time and make sure it is completed before we step on another solution, we had better cure this problem once and for all even if that means we will have Mgao for two years will concentrating on a project of making mgao a History
