Cash is Trash miss...It depreciates every single day by the time unapata hzo 300, 400, 500 mils still itakua haina value with the current economic situation due to infaltion, ( Hapo kwenye red ungetoa mifano ningekusoma vyema zaidi.) Njia moja wapo nzuri ya kutunza utajiri/fedha ni kununua a fixed asset i.e Land, house etc NOW. cz it appreciates overtime as it won't be of the same value tomorrow. Hata ukiuza utauza at a reasonable price/value. Good example: Kuna mzee mmoja namfahamu sana na ni tajiri alinunua kiwanja maeneo ya mawasiliano towers mbele kidogo na mlimani city kama unaenda ubungo kwa 15 Million Tshs in the late 1980's / early 1990's. Ni eneo la 7 Acres opposite kabsa na barabara ya lami. At that time akafungua kiwanda cha matofali aina mbali mbali. Amekuja kuuza a part of that land for 11 Billion Tshs na pesa yake amepewa na world bank in dollars. Imagine all that time amekua akifanyia biashara eneo hilo ile 15 million alishairudisha na faida juu with his business and still kauza kwa pesa nyingi sanaa !! Get my point ??
