1. When a matter is in Court, U are no longer the spokesperson in terms of the charges, or the evidence to be adduced in that regard. U, and those subordinate to U, of whom we will cherish the opportunity to cross-examine thoroughly, are just witnesses. The DPP's Office prosecutes, and it ought to be spokes-institution in the matter; if at all such a need is logically and legally necessary when they have notified the Court that investigation is complete and we expect the judicial process to take its course. Mbowe will tell his story, too; do not forget that.

Nimesikia unasema watu wakamuulize Mbowe awaambie ukweli; do U also mean waende wakawaulize wale vijana waliokuwa wanajeshi wa zamani, ambao wanashtakiwa pamoja na Mbowe, namna walivyotuambia sisi Mawakili kwamba waliteswa sana kabla ya kufikishwa Mahakamani? Mmoja wa hao vijana anasema hawezi hata kutembea vyema (ni kama amepata ulemavu) kwa sababu hiyo, na mwingine ametuonesha kile anachosema ni makovu aliyoyapata kutokana na mateso makali wakati wa mahojiano. Did U mean they should also have the opportunity to air their grievances of torture at this moment in time; to say that they were pressurized into implicating Mbowe, something they steadfastly refused to do?
I mean; what is good for the goose, must be good for the gander.
3. I am sure, upon reflection, U will find that Ur Presser was a contradiction in terms, inopportune and very ill-advised; and that the professional thing for U to do was to muster Ur witnesses and bring them to Court, where they will meet us fully prepared.
