what is clear to me is that ,such an act is a crime. The case was droped on the basis of evidence law. Under the aspect of admisiblity of evidence ,it seems the mode used to collect such evidence was not acceptable by the law.otherwise thanks for your sharing. Much respect to cartoonist,very interesting, but are you aware of intelectual law?

Kwa nini ni vigumu kuelewa kama mimi siyo mwanasheria? Kigumu ni nini? Ni lugha? Wanasheria wana nini cha zaidi katika akili yao hadi waweze kuwa na uwezo wa kutafsiri sheria ambao sisi wengine tusio wanasheria hatuna?

Wewe ni mwanasheria? Na kwani mwanasheria naye hawezi kufikiri kuwa anao uwezo au anajua kitu wakati kumbe hajui? Au mtu akiwa mwanasheria basi anageuka kuwa 'breed' tofauti na sisi mere mortals?

Hebu nipe mfano wa jambo ambalo ni gumu kwa 'layman' kama mimi kulielewa. Nipe mfano mmoja tu.
 
Maskini, mleta mada una haki ya kufikiri namna hii ila huna haki ya kuattack profession hasa usiyoifahamu! inaonekana hako ka social work course kamekuchanganya unaona unajua sheria na wanasheria..jitahidi usome hata legal ethics na jurisprudence kidogo unaweza kupata mwanga.

There are only three noble profession in the world,namely:-
(i) Doctors
(ii) Lawyers
(iii) Priests
It is the nature of the functions they perform which determines the nobility of their profession.

kuna kanuni za kutafsiri sheria,sheria hazitafsiriwi kama vitabu vya fasihi,hivyo huwezi kutafsiri sheria inavyotakiwa kama wewe sio mwanasheria.Kanuni hizo ndizo zinawaongoza wanasheria kujua tafsiri sahihi ya kifungu cha sheria kulingana na muktadha

FYI teaching is not a profession, and should also know that law rules everything in this world.Everything is regulated by law.For that reason,it is true that the whole revolves around lawyering

simple,because everyone can teach.But not everyone can do lawyering,engineering e.t.c.Not all occupations are professions. A profession entails an occupation with a specialized set of skills
