Je, umesikia hivi vyombo vya kimataifa vikikemea nationalist ideas zinazokiuka international treaties? Well,siku hizi, wanaojua hawasemi.

Naelewa maana ya neno 'retrospectively' ila 'retro-respectively' sikulielewa ndo maana nikataka ufafanuzi kwamba inawezekana labda ni neno jipya sijalinyaka bado.
