Why your so called doctrine hasn't found it during his tenure which lasted for a quarter of a century, was he so unlucky or no explorer could be convinced by your's? Or was it explorers feared the food queues? Or may be there was a war in Mozambique and exploration area wasn't safe? Aah may be they were not allowed because they will see people being moved from their original settlements to the deep jungle with no basic facilities at all to start the failed villages of the failed doctrine? unless you're dumber than I thought, which I still don't think you are....you seem to be horribly missing the whole point - the doctrine stuff. maybe I have been too philosophical, but I thought you would be equal to it.

re your argument above, JK should thank BWM (a Mwalimu's handpick) for installing the all important foundations. mzee Ruksa created a free-for-all jungle and it became messy. then came BWM who put it back on track, which we all know JK wouldn't have been able to - why? the laissez-faire stuff!
