Irrespective of this expensive training on Counter Terrorism, Kenya SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) Team was utterly outsmarted by Terrorists! They couldn't imitate nor apply any tactic from their recent training. I real feel sorry for them!

if you followed the story well you would be aware that the KDF took charge...the kdf shot one of the recce and so they said that they cant work with them and left the scene on the first day.the rest of the days kdf were busy looting and getting wasted on free booze....watch jicho pevu for more info.

This is cool. We have had these guys for a long time and they are super-committed and well trained. The issue at Westgate was one of leadership and coordination. We had all the resources we required but they were not managed optimally. I guess it could have been worse though.
