Mazoezi ni mazuri aisee,
Mwili unakuwa flexible,
Unakuwa active kila sekunde,
Kwa sisi wanaume yanaleta stamina kunako 6x6, ukimdaka demu mpaka anaomba poooo, kitu inasimama na inakuwa ngumu kama chuma.

1-Hevy lifting + kuruka kamba

1:running dakika 15

Matokea nimeyaona na tayari nishakuwa addicted
bila zoezi nakuwa kama naumwaa

Naomba ushauri kipi niongeze ili nipate matokea bora zaidi
maaana sina trainer wala instructor, huwa nafanyia home tu

Msosi ni kawaida wali, maharage, samaki, nyama, juice palachicha

Mazoezi ya kucheza kama rumba hivi au video kama hii, ndo mazoezi mazuri kuanzia cos huboreki haraka. And once you used to it, inakuwa rahisi tu. Kama kumsukuma mlevi vile.
