To the chagrin of CHADEMA and Maalim Seif, the shame on Warioba, and the Glory of the Union after the G55 move stopped the Zanzibar illegalities. Go back 20 years Warioba was Prime Minister and t First Vice President. Again he was weak and lukewarm corruption and illegalities began taking roots and you had the G55 uprsis.ing in reaction. Again, Warioba was indecisive and weak knee'd: he was dismissed, kicked out in disgrace by his boss President Mwinyi and his place taken over by Malecela. What you call goons are nothing but manifestation of suppressed exuberance when a tyrant has been cornered. Go back 10 years earlier, with Maalim Seif fiend and Colleague of Warioba in an unholy alliance to break up the union by sowing disoord, he leaked Aboud Jumbe's papers to Nyerere to get favour from him and take Aboud Jumbe's place to break the Union. If Warioba was an intellectual doormat, a renegade, a charlatan and a push over, then believe me, he could have been tethered to a fate similar to that of Kolimba, Kombe, Lyatonga and Jumbe. But not, his intellectual juggernaut kept rolling from Mkapa's years till today.

Warioba had no any ulterior motive against The Republic. And I believe when it comes to losing faith, he'll be the last one to abandon the ranks. The Report of the Constitutional Commission were voluminous and explicit. Reading them could have spared many people intellectual embarrassment.

Like the 1992 Nyalali Report, the Constitutional Draft was not Warioba's personal concoction, but a comprehensive collection of thoughts and wishes of ordinary folks who were dead disgruntled by the Republican Government led by CCM. Castigating Warioba's report is tantamount to spitting on our faces.

And, if PENGO thought that the Draft was sacrilegious, then I'm sorry to tell you that he's an intellectual fossil buried deep down the trenches of European Medievalism, still fooling himself that all roads lead to Rome. A proverbial example of why religion is a cancer in Africa.

There was more to Warioba's Draft than THE STRUCTURE OF THE UNION. The Triumvirate of PENGO, JAKAYA and SHIVJI should have known better.

But not, because of their sin of Elitism, thinking that they're better than the rest of us, that we are mentally impaired and they are Aristotelian Men of Gold, or Nietzschean Ubermensch, born to think for us and rule us, arrogantly disregarded public opinion.

Now, you tell me considering this awful spectre of death and mayhem, cascading our Republic, even without Warioba's allegedly subversive overtures, do you think the UNION is headed into a right trajectory ?

Two last things, just because public opinion coincide with political views of the party you don't like, doesn't make it wrong and expendable. Also, G55 owes it's pedigree from Malecela's incompetence and political ineptitude, so leave Warioba out of this Bull Crap.
