“Mtu anapokwambia [bandari] imeuzwa lazima akueleze uratatibu, hiyo imeuzwaje uzwaje? Kwamba mtu anaondoka nayo, au anamiliki. Kwa hiyo ni seme hakuna suala la kuuza bandari. Kitakachofanyika ni kumwambia mwekezaji boresha, weka mitambo, hakikisha meli zinakaa masaa 2 badala siku 9 na vitu vingine vingi. Unamkodisha eno la kufanyia shughuli hizi za kibandari. “Kwenye mkataba hakuna sehemu kuna miaka 100, nafikiri walioleta hilo wana sababu zao na ni upotoshaji wa hali ya juu. Mkataba uliopo una kifungu kinachosema kwamba kuna muda wa miezi 12 wa kuridhia na ikipita miezi 12 bila kuridhia maana yake mkataba utakuwa umekwisha. Huu sasa ni upuuzi wa hali ya juu. Rwanda ni land locked country inayotegemea bandar ya DSM na Mombasa. Sasa itawezaje kuwa na bandari yake kubwa kuliko hata ile ya DSM au Mombasa. Hiyo custom warehouse aka bandari kavu ndiyo anailinganisha na bandari original ya meli kutua? Kama ni watalaamu wa kujenga na kuendesha bandari kavu si tuwape basi ile ya Isaka na ileya Mwanza? Hata tungewapa bandari kavu zetu zote wala haingalikuwa tatizo lakini si hizo bandari halisi tulizopewa na Mwenyezi Mungu.
