•Naruka kamba mara 500 hadi 600 per day.
•Nimeachana na kitu kinaitwa chapati,maandazi. Napiga chai karanga zilizokaushwa.
•Asubuhi push up 15 na jioni 15
•Kwa wiki mara mbili nazunguuka uwanja mara5.
Msosi wa wastani ila matunda kila mara.
