A Zambian camera man and video editor who worked at Bushiri’s Prophetic Channel Television has come out in the open to joining Bushiri Survivors Network and reveal how miracles were edited to present moving objects on camera that Bushiri said were angels.


According to the former camera man identified as Phedro, he is the one that edited the video and created the impression of moving objects that they related to angels.

“There was no such a thing as Angels. That was a total lie. I edited the video and added the objects. If you watch it closely, you will see that people sitting close to the angels dont even notice everything because there was nothing for them to notice. I have a unedited version of the video and I will share with you to compare,” he said.


He also said most of the things people see on the TV are not real as there is a team of creative people behind them.


“Sometimes even Bushiri himself laughs and jokes about it that people love him so much and trust him that they would even demolish their houses and sleep outside if he ordered them to do,” he said adding: “I fee sorry for faithful people defend him without knowing what really happens. Only if they paid attention to what they see and think soberly, but they are too lazy and blinded to think.”


The camera man was fired for being suspected to be in a relationship with a church young girl that his former boss also ‘chew’ for pleasure. He is now back to Zambia and has started doing his business in Lusaka.

The founder and leader of ECG ministries Prophet Shepherd ‘Major 1’ Bushiri has launched the acclaimed “blood of Jesus”.

According to reports, the blood is being sold in 500ml and 750ml plastic bottles.

One congregant who confessed to be a loyal member of ECG ministries revealed that the blood heals every calamity and problems.

“We have been using anointing oil which is called “The Lion of Judah” before and we have been using anointed mantles, bracelets and DVDs but this time the power is released.

Major 1 introduced “The Blood of Jesus” which is real blood of Jesus which was extracted at Calvary when the Son of God was crucified.

“As sons and daughters of Major 1 we don’t really care what people will say, we understand this revelation as a ministry (ECG family), people are on the move to drag our fathers name into disrepute but God elevated him to address our problems.

“The acclaimed blood of Jesus” is being sold at our worship center the smallest bottles 500ml are costs R20 000 and the 750ml bottle costs R30 000.

We don’t care about the price but the results, as we are speaking the Blood of Jesus has resurrected reported five people and healed hundreds since launch.

Efforts to get a comment from ECG spokesperson were fruitless, since he is reported to be in Mauritius on holiday.

A South African woman, Margaret Hlatshwayo, has revealed how the senior pastor of Enlightened Christian Gathering Church, ECG, in South Africa, Shepherd Bushiri, paid her to lie about miracles.

The 38-year-old woman recently narrated to Daily Sun, one of the country’s daily papers, claiming that the self-acclaimed man of God pays an equivalent of about K30 thousand a week to a team of actors to stage being healed.

Margaret said, “My conscience has been pricking me for about 3 months now and I am terrified that God might punish me.

“I was told I could get a job at a church in Pretoria and would be paid R500 the same day. I didn’t know what kind of job it was. I was told I must act in a holy way and pretend I was healed. I had to testify to living a horrible life before.

“I knew what I was doing was wrong but I couldn’t resist the R500 money promised. This is because I needed the money to feed my 3 children and I couldn’t turn down the offer so I did what they told me.

“And that was how I began. I lied to people and agreed to everything the pastor asked me. I said I was unemployed but I had recently got a job through God’s power after the pastor prayed for me. I have not had a job for the past 4 years.

“My only job was telling lies recently at church in Pretoria Showground.

“Later, the church stopped paying me on time because it now has a lot of people lying and giving false testimonies for the prophet and then at the end, there is not enough money to pay all of us.

“The pastor kept promising he will pay me. Sometimes, he gives me R300 and at times nothing at all. I am so ashamed.”

An unnamed leader of the church, when interviewed by the newspaper, said he did not know Margaret.

He denied that the church board or senior pastor paid people to testify.

He said, “If you want to speak with Shepherd Bushiri for information, you need to make an appointment to come to the office or church service to see how the man of God is changing lives.

“I don’t know you and I am not prepared to talk to you any longer.” Daily Post
