Nimeanza Mwaka kwa Mazoezi

Mwaka huu nimejiwekea lengo la kuwa FIT. Nimeanza mwaka kwa mazoezi sasa hivi namaliza mwezi najisikia vizuri sana. Mazoezi sio lazima uende Gym. Hata chumbani au nje ya nyumba yako unaweza kufanya mazoezi.

Kama mimi asubuhi(siku tano kwa wiki) nakimbia(jogging) kwa muda wa nusu saa kila siku kuzunguka eneo dogo tu nje ya nyumba. Jioni napiga push ups 300 siku tano kwa wiki. Hizi push ups napiga 30 mkupuo mmoja, zoezi zima huwa linachukua nusu saa.

Jogging inasaidia kuimarisha misuli ya miguu na kuimarisha moyo wakati push ups zinanisaidia kuimarisha misuli ya mikono na kiwiliwili kwa jumla. Huna haja ya kubeba machuma ili uwe fit. Jogging,sit ups,push ups zinatosha kukufanya uwe fit.
Na kama wengine hawawezi, basi kupalilia, kufagia uwanja, bustani, hata kufuga kuku nako mazoezi..

Ni sign nzuri pia umemaliza mwezi and you keep going. Mara nyingi siku za mwanzo wa mwaka ndio zinakuwa moto kwa baadhi and then unapungua baadae.

Mwaka huu siachi labda itokee kitu nje ya uwezo wangu ndio nitaacha. Kuna raha sana kuwa fit.
 
Mi pia mkuu.naishi karibu na kiwanja cha mpira,asubuhi nazunguka uwanja round 20 then nanyoosha viungo.kwa wiki siku 6 napumzika jumapili tu,nimezoea kiasi kwamba nsipofanya naiona cku mbaya
 
Ubwabwa kitu kingine. Sijui kwanini mtamu vile. Upate ubwabwa wa nazi uwiiii. Bora niko mwenyewe nyumbani dada angekuwepo ningeshashindwa hii vita.
Wali hauna mpinzani, ukute mwali anajua kupika, kaunyonga wali nazi umenyongeka, unaweza jikuta unapiga wali bila mboga ujue.
 
Nimeamini ile kanuni ya "start small" inafanya kazi, December mwaka jana niliamua kuanza kupiga push up siku tano kwa Wiki,
Nakumbuka nilianza na push up 5 kwa siku, nikaja 8, then 10, 12, 15,20, 25 hadi kufika sasa ninaweza kufanya 30 kwa mara moja. Nimepanga kuanza kukimbia mwezi May maana Saiv baridi kali.
Kiukweli unavoanza ni rahisi kukata tamaa maana ni ngumu.

Anza kidogo hata kama ni push up 3 then endelea kuongeza 1 baada ya siku mbili, kadri unavoendelea pumzi itaongezeka na misuli pia itakuwa ina adapt

Ukikimbia sana una lose weight ni kweli. Mimi nitaacha nikishapata fitness ya kurudi kwenye bball court ila push ups siachi zinanipa strength na good upper body.
Ukifanikiwa kumaliza full marathon hutokufa kwa heart attack.

Siku ukiacha mazoezi ya kukimbia very likely utaacha na mazoezi mengine. Unless you are very displinced

And yes ukikimbia unalose fat. Ni jambo zuri hili.

Fat and death are good friends.

When you grow fat it means you have excess of fat accumulation in your body. And that isn't healthy.

Push ups are fine (i do a lot of them) But them alone won't get you fit body. Distance running does.

Kunyanyua vyuma maana yake unajenga muscles. But remember when you quit nyama zitasinyaa.

Nashauri if you opt for weight lifts do it in moderation. Not in excess.

Eat health and you are good.
