If you can't prove that, then it is hearsay and unreliable.
Though I know SADC countries were consulted before sending troops to Mozambique but at the end this is a sovereign state that was suffering and needed help,it didn't need approval from anyone.
False, France is not the first language in Rwanda, it was abolished time ago, it is just being re introduced recently.
Rwanda use English as the first international language,this is the main language used in Higher institutes.
Rwanda arrived first, SADC forces came later.

I don't think they went there to compete with anyone there is no reason at all.
They are in South Sudan, Haiti, CAR and all of those places they are doing professional work just as they are in Mozambique.
