Hence deceiving himself and his counrty as an indispensable force. Forgetting that we know that his troops are in Mozambique under the payroll of his former Masters France ostensibly to safeguard their interests notably oil infrastructures.

With France I wouldn't be any closer to that front of beliefs, basically he belongs to a cartel of World thugs hybriding within and political inducement. He is a frontliner with operationalisation of defaulting power structure of wealthy emerging states.

President Kagame: In the near future, Rwanda's relations with Burundi will get back normal. It's still work in progress, and both sides are committed to see it through.

President Kagame: on the (partial) reopening of Gatuna border: The border's closure was not the issue in the first place. Uganda recently sent an emissary to Kigali, and he agreed that the underlying issues (fronted by Rwanda) will be solved.

President Kagame: There are signs that Uganda has started to move in the right direction – solving the said issues. We will keep monitoring the progress, and work together to fully open the border when the Covid-19 situation allows us to do so.

President Kagame on Rwandan troops in Central African Republic: We have contingents of two kinds there; UN Peacekeepers and another force that was under a different arrangement – a bilateral agreement between the two countries.

President Kagame: The rules of engagement for the two contingents are different. What would the peacekeepers keep if there is no peace? The bilateral agreement force looks for peace, then the peacekeepers keep it.

President Kagame on forces in Mozambique: With our intervention in Cabo Delgado, the situation is about 85% solved.

President Kagame on negative media about Rwanda's intervention in Mozambique: At this point it has become 'bad music' we have to ignore. We deliver with actions, and they will have to argue with facts.

President Kagame: In all our engagements abroad, Rwanda's security will always be top priority.

President Kagame: We wish everybody in the region peace, but anyone who wishes us a war, we give it to him. We have professionals trained for it. Rwanda is small in size, our doctrine is to fight war on enemy territory when it calls for it.
