Anacheza karata zake vizuri kwa gharama kubwa ya wananchi na taasisi husika. Wanao tumbuliwa na kupangwa kazi nje ya nchi hawa endi na familia zao. Simu kila dakika nyumbani na safari zisizo isha kurudi nchini kwa gharama ya serikali. Walio pandishwa vyeo ili kupata wadhifa wa juu hawana uzoefu wa mkutwa wa kiutawala na mbinu za medani. Walio rukwa huumia na kuwa aliniated, matokeo utendaji wao hupungua kwa kujua wanaongozwa kiuhalisia na junior official. Anacho faidi ni forced royalty. Mwiguru alisema wanao tumbuliwa na kupangiwa nafasi za chini watapata mishahara ya nafasi mpya, tusubiri.

Upinzani unafanyiwa mizengwe na sheria zilizopo bado ni za mfumo wa chama kimoja. Tuna vyama vingi kinadharia. Chaguzi za Tanzania viongozi hawa chaguliwi na wananchi, huteuliwa na CCM chini ya usimamizi wa dola. Tuna chaguzi kivuli kuwalaghai wafadhili kupata mikopo na misaada.
 
Tumehuru itapatikana kwa utashi wa kisiasa wa Rais Samia.
Hana uwezo na utashi huo. Maneno uyasikiayo ni ya kwenye majukwaa, hata Kikwete aliya hubiri sana, mwisho kwenye ufunguzi wa bunge la katiba akageuka jiwe.

We swear an oath to an idea or a set of ideas and values that are embedded in our Constitution. And we, the U.S. military, are willing to die for - to preserve those ideas and values. And we're willing to die in order to preserve them and pass them onto the next generation.

Kwa mantiki iliyopo nyuma ya dhana iliyopo ndani ya kanuni hii ni kwamba, mtu anaweza kupandishwa cheo lakini akafika kiwango ambacho hawezi tena kuonyesha umahiri wowote ule tena katika nafasi ambayo amepewa.
 
Una-complicate mambo bila sababu yoyote kwa kutoa maelezo marefu. Marais wa Afrika huchagua watu wanaoweza kuwa-manipulate watakavyo kwa interest zao (siyo za nchi).
