i) Unemployment in Kenya's neighbors will increase due to the fact that manufacturing companies in the eac majorly target kenya as their export market which means they will close or move to Kenya.
ii) economic problems will fall on Kenya's neighbors due to the loss of jobs.
iii) Kenyan companies will continue doing business, given they are used to high tariffs being imposed on them specifically by Tanzania, which always puts hurdles on Kenyan companies (Which is against eac rules).
iv) Kenyan human resource forming the bulk of the service sector in east africa will move back to kenya leading to reduced human resource capacity in Kenya's neighbors.
v) Kenyan human resource is marketable across the world and will simply look for other opportunities in other african, european and north american countries.
In short Kenya will be okay without the eac but all the rest will suffer.
