Katika hangaika yangu ya kusaka tonge hasa katika hizi interviews za utumishi, nimegundua Kuna baadhi ya post huwa hazina waombaji wengi. Nitachukulia mfano kwa post za educational psychology, Guidance and counseling, early childhood education & special and inclusive education na fani nyengine kwa level ya Assistant lecturers na lecturers
Walioomba nafasi za assistant lecturer katika baadhi ya vyuo ni walewale tena ni wachache mno.
