I say, the Court has made its decision and we respect it but we do not agree with it,” said Uhuru who was accompanied by Deputy President William Ruto. Pia aliendelea kusema
Those of governors were transmitted, no one asked questions. Now how do four people and wake up and say there was a technicality in the transmission of the results of the President only? How?” asked Uhuru...source KTN.
Dear all,
Sometimes this kind of leaders confuse us a lot, how come you start creating environments of fears trembling other leaders who are there constitutionally?. They have forgotten that it is their constitution which they voted for some couples of years ago. As a present, what kind of image are you creating to all Kenyans when you speak those kind of remarks to the supreme court?. Here, the president is showing total disrespect to the supreme court, and creating an environment haterate between the government itself and judicially which are independent pillars of the nation.
By trying to analyse president's remarks, it look like something went wrong with Kenyatta's side as it is clearly explained by KCB scandal on trying to bribe the judge to favour his side. Having failed on the use of power of money to secure victory in court, now these guys are becoming the enemy of the supreme court, and they are now starting terrifying all the judges who come with the decision of nullifying Kenyatta's victory. Nevertheless, I can see Msando's blood is strongly speaking indeed, if these guys were behind with his death, it is with no doubt that they are going to fail.
Besides, I heard one day Kenyatta wishing all the best to Odinga if the court will judge in favour of his side, he insisted not dare to increase the salaries of the Kenyan lawmakers, and correct me if I'm wrong my friends. Surprisingly, with my own ear and eye, I have heard and seen the contradicting statements from Kenyatta.
Lastly, these guys should respect the supreme court's decision, and if they will continue terrifying them, this statement will be true "we are still having an illusion-type of democracy in Africa".
All the best and goodnight,
K
