Prof. Eliamani Sedoyeka:
Bio:
Prof. Sedoyeka was a Rector of the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) and an Associate Professor of Computer Science. Eliamani is a by training a Computer Networks Consultant specializing in 3G and 4G Technologies, Security, System Audit, ICT Policies and Quality of Service monitoring for corporate networks. His research interests are into providing connectivity to rural communities, digital divide and Quality of Service (QoS). As an entrepreneur, he is a founder of Rightclick Limited, a company specializing in ICT on all aspects such as TV, radio, web engineering, and computer-related services.
As an academician, Prof. Sedoyeka has conducted several types of research to investigate the use of ICT, QoS, User Satisfaction and many more. Sedoyeka has written or co-written over 30 conference and journal papers and two books.

Dr Francis Michael :

Dr Francis Michael was the UDASA Chairman from 2012 to 2014. He is currently the Deputy Permanent Secretary (DPS) in the President’s Office Public Service Management and Good Governance (PO- PSM&GG).

Before his appointment as a DPS in 2019, he was a Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School in the Department of General Management. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management (HRM), a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, all from the University of Dar es Salaam. Also, he has a Licentiate degree (MPhil) in HRM from Umea Sweden and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), which is an important qualification for an HRM career practice.

Prior to joining the UDSM for undergraduate studies, he obtained a Diploma in Education from Marangu Teachers College. His research and areas of expertise include HRM, Industrial Relations, Corporate Governance and all other Behavioural Sciences related fields of study.

Dr Michael has held positions in various public organisation’s boards of directors, including The University of Dar es Salaam Council, the Board of Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) for two different terms, and the Board of Tanzania Workers Compensation Fund (WCF). He held the chairperson position of the Researchers’ Academicians and Allied Workers Union (RAAWU) at the UDSM branch for several terms and was a member of the national executive committee of the Trade Unions Confederation of Tanzania (TUCTA). As a DPS, he sits on the country’s high-level decision-making platforms like the Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee (IMTC)

Katibu Mkuu wa Wizara ya Maliasili na Utali, Dk Francis Michael amesema kuwa Wizara hiyo imependekeza kuwekwa vituo vya Polisi utalii (Tourism and Diplomatic Police Station) Tanzania nzima ili kuhakikisha wawekezaji na watalii wanaoingia nchini hawapati shida
 
Huyu Prof Sedoyeka ni masai eenh? Ana muonekano wa kimasai. Kama ni hivyo hilo ni heri zaidi aende akawatulize wananchi wa loliondo kama kibarua cha kwanza.
