Rais wa Urusi, Vladimir Putin mara baada ya kutangaza mashambulizi dhidi ya Ukraine, ametoa onyo kwa mataifa ya Magharibi kuwa yeyote ambaye atajaribu kuingilia kinachoendelea baina ya mataifa hayo mawili atakutana na kitu ambacho hajawahi kukutana nacho.

Milipuko ilisikika Mji Mkuu wa Ukraine, Kiev ambapo Putin akanukuliwa akisema: “Kwa yeyote atakayeingilia kutoka nje, atakutana na matokeo ambayo hajakutana nayo katika historia.
