Kwani unafikiri hao watanzania wenye uwezo wa kuendesha hiyo biashara hawapo huko serikalini.

Shida ni CCM, mamlaka ya teuzi na vyombo vya ulinzi.

Ukimsikiliza yule Dr aliengozo jopo la kupanga vitita vya NHIF. Hesabu alizokuwa anaongelea kwenye kupanga bei ndio hizo hizo za biashara ya mabasi (services costing).

Sasa yule sio mtu wa finance atakuwa kajifunza yale mambo kwenye management course ya udaktari, kama anajua hesabu za services costing ina maana anajua kutengeneza strategy na mifumo yote ya usimamizi wa biashara ya huduma ya afya.

Unataka kuniambia huko serikalini hakuna mtu mwingine mwenye skills hizo aliesoma business management akaendesha huduma ya mabasi kwa ufanisi.

I always say ukitaka kujua huko serikalini kuna waelevu sikiliza wataalamu wao au wakurugenzi wa wizara wengi ni very technical.

Shida ni watu wanao wąsimamia CCM hawana uwezo wala akili ya kujua mtu mwenye sifa zipi apewe shirika lipi na wala hawana uwezo wa kusimamia taasisi zao (mawaziri wanaopewa wizara husika) jumlisha na report za CAG ambazo awazifanyi kazi.

Ni kwamba kuna watu hawataki maendeleo tu si kwamba hakuna watu huko serikalini wakuendesha miradi ya serikali kwa ufanisi.

Binafsi kwangu mimi Huduma zote ziwe mali ya UMMA ingawa na watu binafsi ruksa kufanya wanachofanya haya mambo ya privatization kwenye Commanding Height za Country economy ni kupotoka hata UK nadhani waliokwenda huko kabla.... the results leaves a lot to be desired...;

Kwenye huduma ukimpa mtu Binafsi bado asipopata faida ni Kodi za wananchi ndio zitampa ruzuku aendelee kupata chake na shareholders wake...

Hadi sasa Makampuni 30 yameomba kuendesha Mabasi hayo.

Dar es Salaam. Two Tanzanian companies are among 30 others that are competing to operate the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in a global tender to procure commuter buses in Dar es Salaam.

The government is looking for private investors to partner with and improve efficiency in the BRT.

Last week, the minister of State in the President’s Office - Regional Administration and Local Governments (PO-RALG), Mr Mohamed Mchengerwa, urged Dar es Salaam Rapid Transit Agency (Dart) to find a private investor by October 2024 to offer bus services and maintain efficiency.

Dart’s chief executive officer Athumani Kihamia told The Citizen that two Tanzanian firms were competing for the tender but said it’s too early to mention the names of the companies.

“It is not appropriate to name a corporation at this time because the tender to find a service provider is international. There are currently two businesses from the United Arab Emirates, one each from Asia and the United Kingdom, and numerous others from Africa,” he said.

“The procurement process is currently going on very well; once we get a qualified service provider and make an agreement, we will announce the company as soon as possible and make it public,” he said.

Mr Kihamia insisted that currently there is no company that has won or been awarded the tender so far, adding that Dart is a procurement entity that is handling the procurement process.

According to him, it is a procedure to get a service provider, because the procurement process involves various institutions such as the Ministry of Finance, the Attorney General’s Office, Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and the PO-RALG.

Umenena vyema mkuu. Ok; Sasa walioko huko Serikalini hawasikilizwi, wakitoa ushauri wa Kitaalam , ushauri hauzingatiwi unatupiliwa mbali (ref CAG report) na wanasiasa walijiingiza humo wengine huwa na genda zao za siri za kuangushana. Kwa mantiki hiyo, ni bora kuwakwepa mazima. Inafikirisha sana kwamba maprofesa/PHd na wasomi nguli wengine wapo lakini ni kama wametulia vile na kuangalia game linakwendaje na mti utaangukia wapi.
