every responsible civil servant, with capacity or not, anywhere within or outside the country, must be fully responsible and very aware on their roles, duties and responsibilities.....

they must understand very well their job descriptions, they must be fully aware on the status of programs and projects within their areas of work etc.....

there is no room, no shortcut or escape root for irresponsible civil servant on duty to hide, as we move forward in transforming the country into prosperous economically , socially and political spheres of life 🐒

kumbradhi kwa hii lugha ya malkia nimetumia, lakini hata na hivyo tunasonga kwa haraka na biidii licha ya hizo setbacks kidogo kidogo, ila nia ni kuhakikisha tumepiga hatua Fulani na kuamsha uwajibikaji na umakini wa watendaji popote walipo 🐒

Take in mind that the event being recorded and spreading through videos exacerbates situation, as it not only impacts the individual’s current workplace dynamics but also their broader professional image and self-esteem.

Uwepo wa vyeo ambavyo havina justification yoyote zaidi ya kuwa vimerithiwwa kutoka taratibu za wakoloni wa kiingereza ambao walitoa ugavana wa makoloni na majimbo kama zawadi kwa wanafamilia wao au askari waliopona vita.

Tofauti ni kuwa hao hao wanafamilia na askari walitokea kwenye nasaba zilizofundwa vizuri etiquettes za kuishi na viongozi wengine pamoja na jamii na sio unajiokotea tu mrugaruga fulani (rude and uncouth) alafu eti ndio mwakilishi wa mfalme,malkia au rais..

Peieka watu kama hao wawe ma overseer wa mashamba.
 
Sijawahi kusoma makala yako nikafika mwisho kwa sababu ni utopia mtupu.
Kwa maoni yangu, wewe ndie mwandishi mwenye akili ndogo kuliko wote. Uwezo wako wa kuchanganua mambo ni mdogo kama kidonge cha piriton. Makonda sio level yako, kiungozi na hata kiutendqji.

Uwepo wa vyeo ambavyo havina justification yoyote zaidi ya kuwa vimerithiwwa kutoka taratibu za wakoloni wa kiingereza ambao walitoa ugavana wa makoloni na majimbo kama zawadi kwa wanafamilia wao au askari waliopona vita.

Tofauti ni kuwa hao hao wanafamilia na askari walitokea kwenye nasaba zilizofundwa vizuri etiquettes za kuishi na viongozi wengine pamoja na jamii na sio unajiokotea tu mrugaruga fulani (rude and uncouth) alafu eti ndio mwakilishi wa mfalme,malkia au rais..

If you are sure and aware on the status of programs and projects within the areas of your works, why are you afraiding on insisting clearly on what was done early, current status and give out the bigger picture over the projects in future, so that to avoid chances of being challenged more by questions that may results results you confusing more on your explanations.

and that will rise the questions of your capacity and ability in regards to the position you are holding...

on pictures and videos taken out there, are the results free works of medias, nobody should be blamed on that.

Ni kweli kabisa bullying and intimidation sio kitu kizuri kwasababu badala ya kuleta positive changes kinaweza kuzalisha watendaji waoga na wanafiki tu. Kiongozi bora ni yule anayewajenga anaowasimamia kupenda wananchofanya, kujivunia matokeo chanya ya kazi wanayofanya kitu kinachoongeza morali ya kazi

Hata hivyo natofautiana na wewe pale unaposema "Mh. Rais Samia hafanyi hizo intimidation. Samia amefeli kwa kumrudisha Makonda kwenye system mtu ambaye anaamini katika kudhalilisha wengine ili yeye aendelee kujilinda (defensive mechanism)

Anamfahamu vizuri, anafahamu uelewa wake, anafahamu aina ya uongozi wake. Amemrudisha wa nn? Je, amebadilika?
