Ndugu zangu,

Mnamo tarehe 13.04.2022 Rais Samia amekuwa katika ziara nchini Marekani akiambatana na "delegation" kubwa sana ya watumishi wa serikali.

Kama Rais alipaswa aende US kwa mambo ambayo ni "specific " na sio kukaa huko akisubiri matukio.

Kuna udhaifu mkubwa kwa wizara ya mambo ya nje wanaoratibu ziara hizi, Rais anakosa cha kufanya akisubiri matukio ambayo yapo siku za mbele. Wao wanaangalia posho zao na sio tija ya ziara ya Rais.

Siku zaidi ya tano kwa Rais kuzuru nchi moja humfanya kuwa "iddle" muda mwingi asiwe na cha kufanya.

Ni matumaini yangu udhaifu huu utarekebishwa.
