To me that is a totaly pedestrian argument from mr. President., ignorance on steroids. What they did the result was expected, usipotumia sample sahihi u will get faulty results; showing either positive, neutral or negative., kwa hivyo hakuna cha muhimu hapo, this might put Tanzanians in greater danger. Ask the scientific experts.

My take corona has symptoms closely related to flu and other related ailments, so lab results may show positive yet it ain't covid19., but hii ya Magufuli is too pedestrian. Caution must be taken in the coming decisions otherwise Tanzania inaweza teleza kubaya.

What you also fail to see is that Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda are more ideologically matched, this match will ultimately boil down to business and trade after the virus. What you have failed to see is that the action by Tanzania, Burundi and south sudan will bring a lot of suspicion over other aspects of relations in the eac.ie If only three countries are willing to be honest with each other and form a unified response to the virus, it means the other countries are by nature uncooperative.

We are testing a lot more previously we did 500 a day now we are at over 800 tests a day, this gives us accurate information on how fast the virus is spreading. This also informs the amount of resources we need to put in to fight the spread. It will also tell us when the curve starts to flatten. Kenya has done over 24,000 tests, this data is important if you are to ascertain the epidemiology of the virus.
What should worry you more, is that Tanzania has not done even half of the tests kenya has done yet your numbers are higher than ours even with all the hiding of information.This shows your rate of infection and spread is higher, that is why GOT is busy jailing journalists, lawyers and activists.

Actually Kagame has expressed his frustration at the three countries openly while embracing the Kenya-Uganda plan of mass testing truck drivers at the borders.An idea Kenya proposed to Uganda to allay their fears about Kenyan truck drivers spreading the virus in Uganda. Today two truck drivers were found to be having the virus in Bungoma.

Rwanda has done over 15,000 tests, Uganda too has not done anything close to kenyan testing.
