Safi sana Mahakama.Vicky Kamata ameungukia pua kwenye kesi ya mirathi ya aliyekuwa mume(danga) wake Dr. Servacius Beda Likwelile. Mahakama imesema ndoa hiyo haikuwa halali kwa sababu Dr. Likwelile alikuwa ameoa hapo mwanzo na hajawahi kutalikiana na mke wake.
Hivyo ndoa ya Vicky Kamata haikuwa halali na hivyo hahusiki kwenye mgao wa mali za marehemu, warithi halali ni watoto wake na wengine waliomo kihalali.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
i. The caveat is fails.
ii. That the caveator Vicky Paschal Kamata was not the legally married to the deceased.
iii. That the properties listed in the petition should not be excluded from the estate of the deceased.
iv. That the petitioner Raymond Babu Likwelile is appointed to administer the estate of the deceased.
v. That, before letters are issued to him, he should comply with rule 66 of the Probate and Administration Rules, by providing the administration bond to be twice the gross value of the estate, which has been estimated at 4 billion. This is to be done in 14 days from the day of this judgement.
vi. No order as to costs.
