 Lala mapema na pata usingizi wa kutosha kila mara huku ukijiepusha na kuchoka sana. Kunyanyua kichwa kwa nchi 4 huweza kupunguza kasi ya kupumua na kusaidia ulimi na taya kwenda mbele hali ambayo hupunguza kukoroma. Fanya hilo kwa tumia mito maalum ya kupunguza kukoroma au lala bila mto.
