Obviously they have washrooms for employees. But banks have to be very careful because of the cash, they have always been targeted for robberies. Therefore, all customers need to be within sight at all times (by employees and cameras).It's just a matter of convenience.

bank business nature should be pretty quick ..although the reality isnt the case,particulary to developing countries.

Its apparently know that all issues that are conducted within the bank must be visible to all sections that are related.

U have said that FISTULA might happen anywhere... your right , so in case it happen within the bank, what should be done in order to sort the given phenomenon? On my own view , i think there is the need for the "baking sector" to think out of the box esp. during this technological time.

bare this in mind, in most cases there are nearby public washrooms,though not necessarly within bank premises.When dealing with ''people`s money'',security is the utmost priority,.HOW WILL YOU PROVE beyond reasonable doubt,The "FISTULA'' thing,and not a conspiracy for the bandits?.

Bank sio kijiweni, hakupaswi kusubiriana hapo, ni mahali pa kuchukua pesa na kusepa so we unataka kufanya ni kwako hapo upate huduma zote hapo!

But kama ni hela kunawatu wanaweka zaidi ya 500 milion kwa siku na hadai huduma ya choo, sembuse wewe unayeweka vimilioni vichache unalazimisha upate huduma ya choo hapo!?

I concur with you in some premise you have said like conspiracy issue .... but all in all we need to take into account the humanity coz in some banks like CRDB, NMB you might take even 3-4 hours for queuing or on benches.

I think there is the need to reform the bank rules in accordance to science and technology as well as peoples demand the older and unhealthy .

That is the main point. Service should be pretty quick. And why should one que inside the bank when an ATM outside will serve the purpose? A solution should also be found for people depositing school fees especially in January.
