Kwa wale ambao wana nafasi leo ndiyo siku ya hukumu ya kesi ambayo Afrika ya kusini ilifungua kuishitaki Israel katika mahakama ya kimataifa kuwa inafanya Genocide huko Gaza.

kwa wale walio katika mitandao, muda wa hukumu unakaribia , siyo vibaya kuifuatilia hukumu hii LIVE ili kujua argument za kisheria za hukumu ya hiyo kesi.

Vyombo vinavyotegemewa kuirusha hiyo kesi bila shaka Aljzazeer, SABC na vinginevyo. Sitegemei BBC kurusha hii hukumu maana ilikwepa kurusha ile ya kwanza.

Hiyo inategemea na upeo wako wa elimu iarael kupelekwa tu icj walihamaki hadi viongozi wao wote na washirika wao walipunic, ingekuwa haiwaumizi wasingekasirika na kutuma mawakili wa utetezi , tulia mkuu

A former adviser to late Israeli President Shimon Peres has called the ICJ a “kangaroo court” and said it is a “joke” that South Africa has even brought up the case.

“Who cares? Literally who cares what the ICJ says?” Mitchell Barak, CEO of Israel-based Keevoon Global Research, told Al Jazeera in response to a question on the impact of a potential disfavourable ruling for Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu.

“I’m not going to get concerned about it. At the end of the day, we have to defend our country, we have to get our hostages back. And it’s really not going to matter, it’s just not going to matter,” he said.

“South Africa has their own internal problems. They have an election coming up, so they figure that instead of dealing with issues like crime and poverty in South Africa, ‘let’s call out attention and be the international champion of Hamas and the Palestinians’.”

kwa hiyo ubishi wa nani mshindi wa vita unajulikana sasa maana kama upande fulani unalialia kuwa unafanyiwa genocide basi ukweli ushadhihirika wazi 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Dah ila mayahudi si watu wazuri. namba ya wafu inakaribia 30,000 hukooo dah
