Nazingatia mlo tu,asubuh napata kikombe kimoja Cha maziwa fresh na sambusa mbili,na maji glass moja.
Mchana napata wali ,ugali au ndizi na samaki au kuku na mbogamboga,matunda,plus maji na juice.
Usiku mlo wowote mwepesi na maji ya kutosha,na sili ikipita saa mbili usiku.mwisho wa kula msosi wowote ni saa mbili usiku.
Zingatia ulaji wako,mfano kitimoto au chipsi,mishkak natumia Mara chache Sana.
 
Naamka saa 11, karibu na kwangu kuna kilima, napandisha na kushuka mara 2.... Napiga pushup 20, squatting kama 10 kwa kila aina ya squatting na kuruka kamba 100...

Nimeacha soda na sukari na vileo vyote situmii.. ila sina ratiba ya msosi, chchte na kula ila kisiwe na mafuta mengi na sukari ...

Ila sina kilo nyingii, kuna kipind nilianza kuhisi kunenepa..
Epuka pia kupanda bodaboda na bajaji pia ukiwa unavuka barabara fuata sheria zote ulizofundishwa ukiwa shule ya msingi. Inauma sana kujinyima vitu vitamu vyote halafu kwa ajali ya bodaboda.

Mimi sipendi mazoezi ila nimefikia Ile steji ya no way out. Chakula kama chakula kufanya diet au kula michemsho siwezi wenzangu.

Maana kunywa sinywi, club sipendi, starehe yangu ni masotojo tu. Sasa mwili unapoelekea Kwa kweli sio pazuri.

Hii ni wiki ya tatu mfululizo ila napiga ya nyumbani mbio kuzunguka uwanja.
Sit-up sijui ya kukata tumbo. Binafsi naona mwili umeanza kuwa mwepesi.

Naomba kwa wanaofanya mazoezi tupeane ABC please. Vyakula vya kula. Mazoezi ya kufanya na pia tutiane moyo. Binafsi nataka niwe na mwili kama wa Gabu union au tiwa savage nikifikisha 40 bila surgery maana najiona kabisa siwezi kuoitolerate hiyo surgery.

Najilainisha kwanza kabla sijaanza kwenda gym wasije wakanitoa roho bure ma treinaaaa😂😂

Ondoa sukari (hasa added sugar) kwenye mlo wako (chai, soda aina zote, juisi hata za kutengeneza nyumbani zenye sukari ya kuongeza, ice cream n.k)

pia punguza wanga (haimaanishi usile kabisa ila punguza) mfano usio mzuri ni ile asubuhi chai na chapati, mchana ugali nyama, usiku wali maharage hapo unaona wanga imetawala mwanzo mwisho.
