Usiku mlo wowote mwepesi na maji ya kutosha,na sili ikipita saa mbili usiku.mwisho wa kula msosi wowote ni saa mbili usiku.
Zingatia ulaji wako,mfano kitimoto au chipsi,mishkak natumia Mara chache Sana.
 
Fanya mazoezi ya kukimbia wakati jua linawaka kama saa 9 alasiri hivi. Kama ni mnene kimbia saa 8 mchana
 
Epuka pia kupanda bodaboda na bajaji pia ukiwa unavuka barabara fuata sheria zote ulizofundishwa ukiwa shule ya msingi. Inauma sana kujinyima vitu vitamu vyote halafu kwa ajali ya bodaboda.

Wakuu hizi mambo za kupangilia chakula ni kwa wenye nazo ila wengi wetu tunakula tu kuzuia misiba.
