Internal vacancy ni kwa waajiriwa tayari, (hao wanaojitolea si sehemu ya internal employees) si kwa watu wa kujitolea au interns!! Hawa NSSF in real sense siyo internal vacany bali ni kupendelea watu waliowapachika pale wajitolee kama hatua ya kwanza, na hatua ya pili ni hii kutaka kuwaajiri bila kutoa fursa kwa watanzania wote kugombea hizo nafasi!!

NSSF MNAFAYA UBAGUZI, UONEVU NA UTAPELI WA HALI YA JUU KUHUSU SUALA LA AJIRA. MNAKIUKA SHERIA YA AJIRA.

Katika hali ya kusikitisha sana Mwezi huu shirila la umma la mkufuko wa hifadhi ya Jamii NSSF limetangaza ajira katika hali ya ubaguzi wa hali ya juu sana kwa kuutangazia umma wa Watanzania ya kwamba wanaopaswa kuajiriwa ni wale ambao wanafanya kazi za kujitolea kwenye ofisi zao (Special tasks).

Katika kipindi bacho kuna changamoto kubwa ya Ajira nchini NSSF wanawaingiza ndugu zao kufanya kazi kwa muda kwa kigezo kua ni ajira ya kujitolea kisha baadaye waombe kibali utumishi ili wawaajiri, huu ni ubaguzi, utapeli na uonevu wa hali ya juu sana.

TUNAOMBA NSSF, UTUMISHI, NA TAESA MJIBU MASWA YAFUATAYO:

1. Hao ambao mnadai wanajitolea kwenye ofisi zenu mlitumia utaratibu upi kuwapa hizo ajira? Mlitoa tangazo lini kwa watanzania wote wenye sifa wakapata fursa ya kuomba kuja kujitolea kwenu ili baadaye muwaombee kibali cha kuajira kutoka utumushi au sekretarieti ya ajira?

2. NNSF mmetumia sheria gani ya utumishi wa umma kuwatangazia watanzania wote kwamba wenye sifa za kuomba ajira ni wale waliojitolea kwenu?

3. Kulikua na haja gani ya kuutangazia umma wa watanzani ikiwa tayari mlikua na watu wenu mifukoni?

4. TAESA na SEKRETARIETI ya Ajira kwanini mmeruhu huu uvunjifu wa sheria ya nchi? Mna ajenda gani na NSSF ninyo?

Tunataka kulipeleka wapi hili taifa ikiwa tu kwemye taasisi za umma ambazo sasa zinakua ni miliki ya watu flani flani kutoa ajira za kibaguzi kiasi hiki?

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is a government organ with a status of independent Department established specifically to facilitate the recruitment process of employees to the Public Service. Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established by the Public Service Act No. 8 0f 2002 as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1).

To be a Centre of Excellence in Public Service Recruitment in the region.

Mission​

To undertake recruitment of Public servants using modern approaches by adhering to principles of equity, transparency and merits as well as providing advice to employers on employment related matters.

Functions Of Public Service Recruitment Secretariat​

The major role of PSRS is to facilitate recruitment in the Public Service. According to the Public Service Cap. 298 of 2002 as amended by Amendment Act No. 18 of 2007 section 29 (1), the functions of PSRS are:-

  • Search for various professionals with special skills and prepare database for such professionals for easier recruitment;
  • Register graduates and professionals for purposes of ease of reference of filling vacant posts;
  • Advertise vacant posts occurring in the public service;
  • Engage appropriate experts for purposes of conducting interviews
  • Advise employers on various matters related to recruitment, and
  • Do any other act or thing which may be directed by the Minister responsible for Public Service.

The core values of PSRS cornerstones of work performance and conduct in adaptation to changes in society, government, politics, and technology. The following were PSRS core values:-
