Kwanini Watanzania ni Masikini ni paradoxical question, au Catch 22. Na siwezi kujibu bila kuzunguka. Kwa mfano ukitaka maendeleo unahitaji viongozi safi. Na viongozi safi wanachaguliwa na wenye fikra safi za maendeleo.

1)Katika mjadala huu, status quo ni the same kama vile ambavyo ingekuwa kwenye mjadala wowote ule, means same shit different day, nuttin new! Kwetu sisi na Afrika kwa ujumla viongozi ni wale wale wenye sera zile zile na huku sisi tukitegemea matokeo ya tofauti.

Economic incentives as a broader term/issue, ina drive uchumi kukuwa kwasababu watu watawekeza because of that(incentives).

Lakini kama unazungumzia incentives za kufanya kazi, basi ni mishahara, bonuses nk. So hizo ni different perspectives.

However hapa, the latter siyo the main issue, since there aint no jobs, mainly due to the fact kuwa there aint no incentives economicwise for people to invest, hence less job creations.
 

Job creation nayo ni challenge kubwa. Kwa vioongzi wetu njie pakee wanayotegemea ni Uwekezaji tena wa nje. Na serikali amabayo ndiyo muajiri mkubwa kuna shemu nyigine kuna watu wafanyakazi wengi zaidi ya mahitaji na mbaya zaidi smometime perfomence haiendani na idadi.

2.) Kuna matatizo yaliosabisha kukwama kwa maendeleo ya Africa kabla utumwa na ukoloni. Kama yasingekuwepo matatizo hayo, Africa ingekuwa na maendeleo kabla ya 1885. Je ni matatizo gani hayo? DNA, Magonjwa, utamaduni, au dini?
